Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens to my cards if I downgrade?
Everything stays. You just can't add new cards past your new tier's limit until you upgrade or trim the collection.
How does the consignment client limit work on Rookie?
Up to 2 active consignment clients at a time. You can archive a client and rotate another in.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves the equivalent of two months.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Not currently. Prospect is free and is the place to get a feel for the platform.
What about card show sales if I'm on Rookie?
The full card show POS is Pro only. Rookie can still record show sales manually and they flow into reporting the same way.
